The post must be public. Private posts, and posts that are photo
slideshows rather than video, cannot be saved yet. If a public video still
fails, the source platform may have changed something — tell us the link.
Where do saved videos go?
Straight into your phone's photo gallery. The app asks only for permission
to add to it, never to read what's already there.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Through your Apple or Google account settings, not in the app. Cancelling
stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
I bought credits and they're gone.
Credits are tied to the installation that bought them. There is no account
system, so deleting and reinstalling the app loses any unspent balance. This
is stated before purchase. Restore Purchases brings back subscriptions only.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app. Your history lives on the device and goes with it, and
the anonymous usage record on our side expires automatically after 90 days.
